Scott was the first boy who ever proposed to me.  We were in 6th grade in Mrs. Keenan's class at Franklin School.  He wrote his tender marriage proposal on a sheet of his mother's rose-scented stationary.  I'm pretty sure I accepted but you know how hearts change in the very young!  He was such a funny character back in those days.  I'm not sure what happened to rile up his demons but apparently something did.  Sad.
