Wesley Landwer

Robbies manager Wesley Duane Landwer, 51, of Mankato, died Friday, September 29, 2000, at Mankato House Health Care Center as a result of multiple sclerosis.

Services are 11 a.m. today at Woodland HillsChapel, Mankato. Burial with military honors is in Woodland Hill Memorial Park. Visitation is two hours before services Monday at the chapel.

Mr. Landwer was born November 15, 1948, to Clifford and Myna (Wendland) Landwer at Fairmont. He graduated from Mankato High School in 1967 and served in the U.S. Navy from 1967 to 1971. He was the manager of Robbies. He was a member of American Legion Post No. 11 and enjoyed Harley Davidsons, mud bogging and old cars.

Mr. Landwer is survived by three daughters and their husbands, Robin Heitner and Del, Brooke High and Christopher, and Julie Wels and Mark, all of Mankato; two grandchildren; his parents of Mankato; two brothers andd their wives, Dennis and Jolene of Deer River and Douglas and Judy of Mankato; one sister and her husband, Barbara Laird and James Jr. of Mankato; and nieces and nephews.
